Hi everyone, since i started here I had quite a bit of fat that I wanted to lose and I messaged a few of you for help and advice, I can't give out any shoutouts because MFP deleted messages and I forgot your usernames.. But thank you! If you look at my older pics you'll see how i used to look and my new profile pic was taken today, thanks again guys
