A year and half way to my goal.

Started last October at 81.9 kg (178.5 lbs) and now I'm currently sitting at 68 kg (149 lbs)
I lost a majority of my weight in the first three months, I fell off the wagon for several months getting back up to 76 kg (167.5 lbs). Back down, aiming to reach 66 kg (145 lbs) and a body fat percentage of just below 10%.
Then continuing on the long road to build more muscle mass
For those interested in my height (167cm / 5"5')
