Yes, I hit my goal weight yesterday after a little over 9 months. I started at somewhere over 256 lbs. I'm 6'4" and 54 years old.
Here is my before pic...it's several years old and the only one I could find. Those are size 42 waist jeans that I soon expanded out of and a size XXL shirt under the safety vest.
here is the after both front and side. 180 lbs, a loose size 36 waist and L shirt.
