I actually never put yogurt in my smoothies! Not sure if its because I have a dairy allergy or because I never thought it needed it. My favorite is actually super simple:
1/2 large banana
1.5 tbsp Better N Butter Peanut Butter from trader joes
1 cup Vanilla Coconut Almond Milk
few dark chocolate chips
4 icecubes
Its like dessert for breakfast!0 -

This makes four 250-calorie servings. Don't let the weird color throw you off - it's super sweet and really tasty.
1 cup Water
13.50 fluid ounces full-fat Coconut Milk, Canned
4 cups Whole Strawberries, Frozen
8 cups chopped Baby Kale
2 cups Ice0 -
my favourite is one whole banana, four strawberries, ice, and water. Maybe a little sweetener like stevia if you want. Really low calorie and virtually fat free. If I want a little bit more of a creamy flavour, I add a cup of unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes I double the recipe (not the almond milk, just the fruit) to make it a bit more substantial, or throw in different berries and fruits like mango and raspberries and bluberries.0

My breakfast smoothie: 1 medium banana, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and handful spinach. Add teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon chia (optional)0
