Motivation to continue?!

When you are feeling a little low about your weightloss journey, how do find the motivation to continue? I could use a lil pep talk

I have been struggling with this myself and my thought process was that it is easier to wallow in my self pity, BUT for how long?!?!? It isn't easy at all, it is a journey and there will be days that are not so good, but remember why you started this journey. Maybe start with setting small goals for yourself and see if that helps, and each week look forward to a new goal. Hope that helps.0

The simple fact that Im feeling low about it is my motivation to continue. If I don't see inches lost or weight drop for a week or 2 and I start feeling twitchy that's what motivates me to keep going. I have PLANS for this body and I refuse to stand in my own way.0
