Hi! My name is Dani and I want to lose weight!

So.... I'm my heaviest at 290# and I am finally really really motivated to get healthier. I quit smoking, I pretty much took away my T.V. so I wouldn't be tempted to be lazy. I home cook all the time and I'm raising two little ones, ages 3 and 1. I wan't them to learn healthy eating habits and I want to be able to do fun physical things without getting winded.

Also I'm in need of support. whether it be encouragement or tips on how to stay on track i would greatly appreciate it.
