OH, Hello :)

Ello',
I'm 25 and live on the central coast of Cali. I'm still fairly new to MFP, and this is the first time i've ever attempted to keep track of calories. When I was about 22 my weight jumped from about 210 to 363 (over a few years). I recently decided that I want to have a healthy lifestyle and get back into the body that I use to have. My current weight is 295, and I'm hoping to get down to 185 or 180 (lowest adult weight). This is gonna be quite the journey, but I'm up for the ride.

    Thanks for the encouragement! Congrats on losing 48 lbs. That's an awesome achievement. :)
