I was just wondering... it's now almost 9pm and I still have a lot to go... should I really be eating all of what it says or should I just take it as a guideline as to how much I can eat??

I personally wouldn't, but 99% of the people here will tell you should.

I would say it depends... dont be scared to eat late at night! Your body doesn just hault calorie burn once the clock strikes a certain number xD

I'm in the same boat - If it's a once in a while thing, I wouldn't worry about it - but try to eat your net calories on most days.

You should eat at least eat the calories that MFP suggest. When it comes to the others stats I don't worry too much if I am under on them. Also remember to drink plenty of water, it will help out a lot.

I tend to eat around 1000 cals per day which is pretty bad as its too low. I know that if you starv yourself (not eating enough calories fat carbs etc.) you'll find it harder to shift the weight and possibly make you feel crap.
