Hi! Recipe Help, Please
I have been off tract for several weeks now, with junk food breakfast lunch and dinner, all in about a three week period. Been weeks since I've measured, afraid to look at that right now. Been on the scale several times a week. Anyway a very small part of it is I need to give my chicken, and or other protien dishes alittle pop! I need some different seasoning or sauces. Something at least ! My foods are not even tasting good....any different high protien low fat quick or make ahead meals, I'd live to hear them. Sure others would too. Thanks
