Have joined today and hope this will help me to a) control amount I eat and b) start to loose weight! Although I don't think I overeat, have a sneaky suspicision that I am either eating too much or the wrong things.

Have no intention of going at this weight loss challenge like "a bull in a china shop" but at a leisurly pace and therefore will probably hear, see you more!
