So im starting to exercise tonight.. i hope it last more than a week lol.. i do it at home but after a week i just drop it i hpe it doesnt happen this time

Do something that you like, that way you won't get bored or tired of it.0

Find a program you like and you'll stick with it! I love my home workouts, they keep me hitting the goals! you CAN do it!0

If you're exercising at home, keep it interesting. Switch out different DVDs and alternate them so you won't get bored. The key is to always move. As long as your body is moving... You are doing something. Everyone has to start somewhere. Don't compare yourself with other people. Listen to your body and listen to your heart. You can do it!!0

1) Do something you enjoy so that you look forward to it!
2) Set a goal. If you are dancing at home, look for a Zumba party in your area or go take social dancing classes. If you are Walking Away the Pounds, pick a location you would like to visit and calculate the miles to walk there.
3) Get yourself a reward for working out for two weeks straight. A new DVD, new sweat pants, whatever makes you happy (except cake, that would be a poor reward)0 -
