in Getting Started
Hi there. I am back on here after a 2 month break where I put on far too much weight :neutral_face: But I am back and raring to go!

One problem since my return is that I can't seem to get my ticker working on profile posts, or if I can its not showing for me. I have created one fine, then ticked the box. Is there a problem with the tickers or is it showing and I just can't see it?

    Thank you. I was hoping they could show on the message boards too but it looks like that facility has been removed since I last visited MFP.

    Tickers only show up on the forums if you put the code in yourself. I think you use the BB code, let me test.

    EDIT: yep, just copy+paste the BB code in your post. I can't be bothered to do it with every post I make.

    Thank you. I was hoping they could show on the message boards too but it looks like that facility has been removed since I last visited MFP.

    I really hope they bring the tickers back! One of my favorite features.

    I also can't be bothered to do it with every post, but I do enter it in about half. I open up another tab at the ticker code page and keep it open so I can just copy again if needed without looking for it.
