Hey MFP friends! I have recently let myself get lazy with working out. It's time I get back with it. I have gained around 10 pounds since this summer because I have been slacking with my workouts and diet. I'm a very busy mamma of 3 beautiful children, so I have let life and work get in the way of myself. Starting December 1st I am going to do a round of Insanity to prepare myself for the new Insanity max:30 to be released. I am hosting a challenge support group for others that would like to start Insanity with me on December 1st. I could use the added motivation and support from others! Reply here if you would like to join me, or add me as a friend and shoot me a message!

  • Cool ! I do Insanity (Older versions) every day ! Usually around 35 min during lunch.. I have to cut some of the stretching and breathing short due to time constraints.. Xbox One is great for this :) as it shows you your level of effort..

    How does the challenge support group work ?

    Why wait til' December 1st? You could start now and be well into it by then.
