Chicken and Mushrooms in Wine Sauce

Got this recipe in an MFP email and I happened to be in the grocery store when I checked it, so dinner was planned.

Really good.

The only thing I changed was I mixed the broth with the tablespoon of flour before I added to pan cause...science and I added a bit more broth to thin it out. Took about 4 oyster, 7 crimini and 3 white mushrooms, sliced.

That sounds really good, but I always think their serves are so small! I think this would end up being 3 serves instead, one for me, one for the hubs and one for a lunch the next day :)

I think you'd be surprised. 4 oz of noodles is a quarter of the package and a pound of chicken is a lot. You could always just make more noodles and adjust, there's a lot more sauce than noodles. At 386 calories, with some exercise, that's room for 2 servings :)
