Strawberry Crepes
Using Weight Watcher crepes recipe with creamy cream cheese and fresh strawberries.
Weight Watchers Crepes
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg (used allspice and cinnamon)
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fat free milk
2 large eggs
Wisk dry ingredients together. In a seperate bowl, wisk together eggs and milk. Add all ingredients together until well mixed.
Let sit for 15 minutes. Warm 8" skillet to medium heat. Stir mix again and pour scant 1/4 cup in skillet. tilt skillet until all of bottom is covered. Let cook until top is set, about 1 minute. Flip to other side for another 1 minute. Repeat for 8 crepes.
These are only 58 calories each! Imagine the possiblities!!
Creamy Cream Cheese
4 oz low fat cream cheese
1 Tb fat free milk
mix together. I borrowed this from another recipe, again imagine the possibilities!
I essembled the crepe with about 1 tsp of cream cheese in center of crepe, layered fresh sliced strawberries (about 1/4 cup). folded the two sides in and sprinkled with a pinch of powdered sugar. If you have trouble keeping the crepe closed try putting a dab of creamy cream cheese as "glue". Makes 8 strawberry crepes
