Does tea have any effect on weight loss?

    For me it helps curb snacking. If I'm feeling the munchies, especially at night, I'll make myself a cup of tea. I have different teas depending on my mood/need so it's always satisfying.

    If you can use tea to consume fewer calories - great. This time of year I like chai with skim milk and a little sugar. Fewer calories than hot chocolate. Unsweetened iced tea made with very berry black tea doesnt' need sweetener (to me). Rooibos is naturally sweet, it's nice for the end of the day.
