Hi, I am Mary, age 52. I have a lot of weight to lose and I really hope between my fit bit and this App, I can reach some of my goals... I have some health issues that would really improve if I can do this, I just have a lot of self doubt about sticking with it and accomplishing what I need to! I really hope to get some friends, and support here... Positive encouragement.
