Lets motivate and keep each other on track!
Doing an activity for 30-days (4 weeks) is scientifically proven to turn it into a habit. By doing this challenge you will create new habits and discard the old diet and exercise habits that were holding you back from getting in great shape and living a better life.
We all want to be fit, lean and strong. BUT we have to learn to be HEALTHY. It's 80/20
80% diet 20% fitness. You have to change your pallet! Stop eating GARBAGE! EAT real foods!
This is a 4 week Challenge. Everyone who participates will be expected to follow a diet and work out program to fit their individual fitness level for 4 weeks. Until Dec 24th. You need to LOG in and track your calories, keeping your fat/carbs/protein percentages between 20-35% they don't have to be exact but close to that is necessary for optimal results. Before and after pictures WILL fuel this process!!!

ok dumb question - but what does 80% diet and 20% fitness mean?0
-
You focus 80% on your diet and 20% on your fitness. Another words, you need to be focusing MORE on your eating habits and changing them, and then making sure you still spend at least 20 minutes a day moving your body and working it out, six days a week. This program is easy and do able. if you would like more information let me know
! best wishes! hugs!0
