I've hit a plateau, any advice?

I'm maintaining my weight at 1400 calories. I haven't lost anything in weeks. Any advice on how to jump start it again?

    I was on a plateau for just over a month last time.
    I added about 200 calories per day, and my weight loss started again. I maintained that for about 2 weeks, then lowered it again.
    Worked like a charm

    Hi,

    I did exactly the same as Rakelros. I hit a plateau for 6 weeks, upped my calorie intake by 200 calories a day yesterday and have lost over 1.2lb since. Do this for a few weeks, which I am planning to do then I will drop it back down again. I think it is your body's way of saying it needs more once in a while!
