this is me now..help me lose about 10lb atleast..before my b

(I dont know how to attach pics, but that is my body now) i weigh 88kg, and im 5ft4


my birthday is on june the 10th:
so i want to be weighing at least 81kg by then! i dont know how? but..even 83kg would be good, im sure there'sd be a difference!

I have A-level exams going on at the moment, so i shouldnt really be on here haha, but as i am ..i thought might as well make a post so i can monitor my progress

I go gym about 3 times a week, and i walk to school and back, at gym i usually burn 450 calories, but i realised this was a poor effort and i should be burning 800 calories and more! which i did burn on saturday!

but, anyways, i'm hoping to be atleast 10lb smaller by the 10th june! :)

i just need some motivation i guess, and ideas on what i can eat..a friend suggested the follwing:

breakfast, bowl of muesli or fruit n' fibre, with semi skimmed milk, piece of fruit and water
snack, have some fruit or salad,
lunch, whatever u normally eat, just smaller amount of it
another snack, fruit or salad again
dinner, whatever u eat just a smaller amount
3 cups of water with each
don't do it today
right it up so u know how to do it
then start 2moro or even the day after
+ exercising before breakfast is great to burn fat
2minutes of star jumps or jogging on the spot is enough
but u gotta push as hard as u can
or eat anything with a glycemic index lower then 40

    Hey, you´re actually at the same weight I started out with. 88 kg. I´m down to 78 now, and that´s after really hard work. It took me 2.5 months to lose 5 kg´s, so you should aim at a similar number I think. In one month, you should aim at a 2-5kg weight loss, depending on how much you exercise.

    If you do start exercising more, be careful to eat more protein, as your body will start attacking vital protein in your own body. (I didn´t know that and lost a lot of muscle mass before starting to eat more protein).

    I myself exercise 6 times a week, at least an hour per day. I rock climb, dance, work out with a private trainer and cycle everywhere I go.
