They'd probably be surprised at how terrible I am at conversations. I'm better using the written word.

I so relate to this! Very introverted, sometimes to the point of mute.

I guess people would be surprised that I am a big klutz. I can trip on air.

That I grew up poor white trash in the deep South and didn't finish the second week of ninth grade, because I had to get a job to help out.

I was so stupid that when I met my husband and he told me what state he was from I actually asked him if that really was a state. Never heard of it.

He bought a map of the States and taught me all the states explaining what each one was known for.

I've since then gotten a GED and gone to community college.

I know he saved my life when he married me, because I was on a fast ride to death or prison. I was like a wild animal, literally.

When we moved back here after he got out of the Navy I was constantly shocked at how his family lived and acted.

He'd tell me he did this or that when he was a kid and I'd think he was making it up then go ask his mother if it was true.

Between those two I learned to be a human being.

It turned out I'm pretty smart and people are always surprised when they hear this story.
