That means you're doing it right! Yeah wait for the day after your first squat session... Its hard to get on and off the toilet! You will get use to it hang in there!0

Thanks did that today so far my legs feel ok but my legs are fairly strong use to doing squats but my arms are weak so maybe that's why they are so soar. I will let u know tomorrow how my legs are. Even though I'm in pain I can't take the smile off my face. Even though he said he was going easy on me this week as it was my first week0

Yup takes a day for the leg pain to set in! Glad you're enjoying the training.0

Yes normal. For me I'm always sore the two days after and then it eases up. I try foam rolling to stretch out the tight muscles which seems to help.
Go you! I haven't been weight training long but I love it too0 -
Leg pain set in just as you predicted red fish thought I was going to escape last night as I was ok but got up this morning barely able to bend down0

DOMS!! Means you are doing it right! Make sure you stretch before and after working out. Foam rolling is also great (although it sucks while you are doing it). I found soaking in a bath with epsom salt helps also. You will get used to it, I am to the point now that if I don't feel the DOMS I am disappointed0

Soreness for me has never gone away. It's BETTER, but basically there is always one part of my body that hurts.0
