  • That is amazing! I looked at the website and they don't sell it anywhere near me :( Have you tried it? I would definitely buy it online if I had heard that it was good

I looked too, and they don't sell it by me either :frown: booooo!
but i just may have to order it online.
the vanilla espresso one looks amazing.
my favorite vodka to drink is the Davinci brand Triple Espresso Vodka, so that looks like an awesome alternative.

I'm not surprised it's not sold by me. I live in Utah....our liquor laws are a nightmare and because of that I don't think I can even order it online :(

    Not avail in Canada :(

Liquor can only be sold by the gov't here in most provinces anyway so I can't have it shipped. Ah well.....

Not to burst anybody's bubble but all alcohol has calories. Low cal vodka just means that there is less alcohol = you can water down regular vodka and call it "low cal" per shot.

This goes for beer too! (type & processing difference can add more calories though)

If you want the lowest calories you can buy grain alcohol and mix it with some water...

also, a serving of this :"Voli" vodka (1.5 fl. oz) doesn't really have less calories than others. dunno how they can claim it's 25% to 40% less.
    check it out

average all brands of 100 proof vodka 1.5 fl oz
    http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calories-in-liquors-spirits-vodka-distilled-100-proof-50-alc_f-ZmlkPTY3NTA0.html

Voli vodka (60 proof) 1.5 fl oz.

so you see, it's about the same.

It's quite easy to make low calorie vodka, just water it down; I'm quite sure this is all this company is doing. Ethanol is burned by your system very similarly to sugar, so it is the calories. You lower the alcohol content, you lower the calories.

yeah, 60 proof... it's not "low cal". it's watered down.

usually when something sounds too good to be true, it is.

    ^^this.

they can't reduce the cals in alcohol.
They can take the added sugar out, but mainly they watered it down. haha

Well I'm glad it's too good to be true!

... because I'd be far too jealous that the Americans were allowed to have it, while leaving us Canadians deprived!
    LOL:tongue:

well damn... ya'll just burst my bubble. LOL <3
thats okay though, i figured it had to do with lower alcohol content.

oh well, its still pretty cool, and i want to give it a try anyways :)

It's like the bud select 55 cal beer... it's half the calories but its half the alcohol content.
ahhh that's why you all should give up alcohol like I did LOL (majorly just kidding)

    what to do instead?
