No running for me today because I traveled over night..... I'm gonna try and go for a long run tomorrow... (but that kinda depends on Black Friday Shopping!!!)
  • I did 5 this morning. Most running, some walking--can't wait until I can run it all!! :D

  • I ran the local Turkey Trot 5 miler this morning with my running group. It ended up being an interval run for me. I would run ahead, stop and take pictures of the group, catch up, race ahead, stop and take pictures etc.

Ran a 5K Turkey Trot and then did a family run with the husband and kids once I got home. Probably did close to 6 miles all together, and I definitely took advantage of those extra exercise calories. Mmmm...pumpkin pie!

    Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving!

Forgot to log yesterday! Happy Thanksgiving! I ran three miles in the morning to allow for some more pie. I'm glad I did - we had pecan pie for dessert
