Hello, hi there!

I created this profile awhile ago but never advanced with it beyond the basic, rudimentary parts of the site. I am a 32 year old female, medical professional, gamer, mother, girlfriend, and more. I currently work from home (with a documented tight schedule that must be maintained to keep employment), and am a stunning example of what people should never do with their body. I love to spend my free time gaming and I have an obsession with food. This is combined with sitting on my rump for 40 hours a week working; thus leading to the body of a god (granted that god is Budai).

My goal is to remove half of my body weight through fitness and exercise. I know i need to change my lifestyle and it is going to suck. It is going to be a long road to success but it is something I must do. My weight is holding me back from leaving my home office and seeking more fulfilling employment elsewhere. I also want to take my family to water parks, amusement parks, but at 301lbs I would be stuck sitting around while everyone else has fun because I do not fit into most seats/rides without severe pain or discomfort. I say f@#k that! I want to enjoy life and enjoy my family for as long as possible and I need to let the old me go and build a new, healthier, beautiful, fit me.

Hope everyone had a great holiday.

Awesome job for wanting to get healthy! Don't tell yourself it's going to suck though. This really doesn't have to be a miserable thing. Take baby steps to begin with and enjoy yourself along the way! Good luck to you!!

You'd be surprised at how much fun being healthy is. It's a matter of finding what suits you; there's plenty of healthy recipes, foods and activities out there that are exhilarating. It may be a struggle at first & you might go through withdrawal (if you are addicted to sugar, fats and salt)...but the sensation of being able to move, be free, feeling your own potential is incredible, addicting in itself. Congratulations on acknowledging the need for positive change!! Stick with it! And remember that imperfection is okay.

Oh and if you're looking for a fun way to move more and like RPGs get yourself a fitbit and download FitRPG on your phone!! Super fun! Actually there are all kinds of fun games to keep you fit. Just have to look for one that suits you.
