So I'm tracking the calories that i eat and being honest about it and all, But my house has been super nuts so i've been skipping tracking the weeding, car washing, grass pulling, cabinet sanding and staining.... cause i don't want to eat the clories back. So here is my problem I know thats not the healthiest way to do it and i can tell i'm losing inches, Is my body gonna freak out and undo what I've done to this point

I would say no. I'm no expert by any means but I don't think it will totally hinder your progress. I usually don't track anything that is not "planned" exercise and so far I've been ok.

I don't think that's an issue at all. I'm like our fellow fitness pal who only tracks planned exercise so I would say that you are okay.

I only track planned exercise as well. What is your daily calorie intake start at? You may need to change your settings and apply your active lifestyle to include those activities and bump your calories up. If this is unusual activities, I definitely wouldn't worry about it.

I only track 'intentional' workouts. Not the occasional stuff, unless it's really intense and for a long period of time. I'd probably track mowing the lawn with the push mower, you know? But I'm not going to track a 2 hour cleaning of my house, or a project or anything like that.

I don't think those change the net calories so much that it will cause a problem! If you are worried, you could temporary up your 'activity level' until things calm down a bit and you are more into a routine.....

I don't track normal routine stuff. Only when I specifically go out and get my heart rate up.
