Homemade pasta?

Options
Just wondering if anyone has a good recipe for homemade pasta?
Bearing in mind I live in the UK so our flour 'ratings' are slightly different to the US.

I have a pasta roller and would love to start using it again.

I like the one on the bag of Bob's Red Mill semolina flour.

    1 1/2 cups semolina flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 eggs (or 3 whites)
    2 TBSP water
    2 TBSP oil

Sometimes I substitute up to half the flour with whole wheat.

Thanks! :( Can't find Semolina flour in Tescos. (What is the equivalent over here?)

Ooo while searching Tescos website I've just seen they do 00 grade pasta flour. That's new! :) Will get me some of that!

You can get 00 flour in Morrisons too. It works perfectly when I make ravioli:)
