Homemade pasta?

Just wondering if anyone has a good recipe for homemade pasta?
Bearing in mind I live in the UK so our flour 'ratings' are slightly different to the US.
I have a pasta roller and would love to start using it again.

I like the one on the bag of Bob's Red Mill semolina flour.
1 1/2 cups semolina flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs (or 3 whites)
2 TBSP water
2 TBSP oil
Sometimes I substitute up to half the flour with whole wheat.0 -
Thanks! Can't find Semolina flour in Tescos. (What is the equivalent over here?)

Ooo while searching Tescos website I've just seen they do 00 grade pasta flour. That's new! Will get me some of that!0
