Meal prep for next week...

I had no plans to track during the Thanksgiving weekend because I feel, for my own sanity, it's okay to take breaks. I work hard enough the rest of the time that I'm okay taking breaks. However... the salt overload is driving me crazy. I'm working on my prep plans for the coming week and I want to know what your go to is when you want to "detox" so to speak. No I'm not talking about crazy detoxes where I eat a *kitten* load of juice and lemons. I just want to know what you like to use to help clean up after a cheat/break.

Go back to normal intake and it will level out. Nothing else is needed.0

Yep, just go back to your normal routine, drink plenty of water, and you'll be over it pretty quickly0 -
I'm guzzling the water but always open to a new recipe.0

This is a pretty good recipe. I've baked it with and without the onions. I prefer it better without the onions, but it's all personal preference.0
