Im doing the 30 day Shred with a group of people and want to post before an after pics. However i dont know how to post pics on here other then as my profile pic. Any tips? Thanks!

Pics in the forums aren't posted on there per se.
Most will post them on another site, like Picassa or Photo Bucket. They provide html code to reference the pic; which you can add that html code to your posting. There are articles in the help section.
