1 year and 50+ pounds lost (Before and After photos)

I started with MyFitnessPal and a FitBit back in January of this year at 230 pounds, I'm down to 177 and hit my fitness goal of losing 50 pounds by my 50th birthday in October. I'm still working on losing 10 more pounds but I wanted to share a few of my before and after photos, these are all 1 year apart, 2013 - 2014.

    Thanks everyone! I wish I could grow a real mustache, but I have never been able to wait for it to grow in, my facial hair takes FOREVER.

    Also, I forgot a photo, 3/4 body shot to show the missing gut...
