    My wife and I are going to the gym today I have to wait till she get up to find out if we are swimming or spinning:smile: Or I could try to talk her into both.

    My daughter and I went to Courts Plus and did 65 minutes on treadmill, 150 crunches and arm curls with dumbells. It felt great!:smile:
