Easy - no clean up Grilled vegetables

Ok, now I am obsessed and have to talk about this! This is soooooo good!
1.) first I cut carrots (not baby ones) into 3 inch pieces and peeled them
2.) I also cut the ends off of radishes - I put the radishes, carrots, and some water in a dish to microwave about 3 minutes to soften slightly.
3.) Then I cut up red bell pepper, vidalia onion, green bell pepper, baby bellas, and zucchini (in thick coins).
4.) I threw the drained carrots, radishes and all of the cut up veggies from step 3 in a large bowl and tossed with 1/4 cup olive oil and Mrs. Dash.
5.) I laid heavy duty foil on the grill and poked a few holes here and there and threw all of the veggies on top. Keep grill on High to Med High and keep a watchful eye. Continue to flip them around while you enjoy a light beer.
6.) Serve hot! The beauty - throw away the foil - no grill basket to clean. Or if you don't want to use foil - use the grill basket
I just can't get enough of this stuff! I served it with brown and wild rice and salmon last night. Having them with 4oz of leftover chicken I made on the grill too...yum yum yum
