Hi All,
I started weight loss journey since March 2014. My age is 34 and have a limitation of sports injury. Hence I cannot run on treadmill. My weigh was 205 lb then I managed to bring it down to 194 lb with exercise and diet.
But since last 2 months I am stuck at this weight.
I need some guidance on this. As of now, I have got following plan per day -
Calorie Goal - 1780
Normally I try to stick to following plan -
Breakfast - Omlette, breakfast Potatoes, Yogurt and Wheat Toast - 650 calories
Lunch - Veggie Burrito - 630 calories
Snacks - A snack bar - 150 calories
Dinner - 700 - 800 calories
Exercise - 450 - 500 calories burned. Net net I try to burn almost 50 - 200 calories.
This plan worked me for months ( although slowly). But now I am stuck at this point.
Any help / guidance is appreciate to move forward.
Did anyone face this issue? How to overcome this?

How about changing something up? You could reduce your calorie consumption by 100 and see how you do after a week.0

I agree. Also, perhaps you need to take a close look at how you are measuring and recording your intake. Something is not really adding up here.
EDIT: I just looked at your numbers again. From what you report, you are eating well above you stated calorie goal. Perhaps that could be the problem.0 -
Your body's metabolism may have slowed, possibly because you're close to your set point now. What if you changed it up in a big way? First, are you measuring/weighing portions to be certain you're not eating more than you think? I can't tell from your post but are you doing reduced carb eating? What if you reduced your carbs to less than 20% of overall kcals (or 15%, etc)? Or what if you took a vacation from exercise for a week or two and then changed your exercise routine? Or perhaps use a heart rate monitor to get an accurate sense of how hard you're really working? (MFP's calories burned estimates are VERY inaccurate!) You could also talk to an MD who specializes in medical weight management about the various medications that are available. Good luck.0

Either you're underestimating your intake or overestimating your burns. First thing, cut back to eating about 50% of your exercise calories, as they're often overestimated. Second, how do you measure your food? A food scale is going to be extremely helpful when you lose weight so you can see exactly how much you're eating.0
