Struggles or successes of the week: I had been 136-138 for about a month, four days in CO eating out every meal, no workout routine, alcohol every night (just a drink but that is unusual for me) stressful situation for my son put the #'s back on. Success today got up and did 30 min yoga, will bike / run tonight time to refocus and get back on track.

Struggles or successes of the week: I realized that I had gained back half of the total weight I lost over the last year. I lost 30 lbs from January-April, then I met friends that like to eat. I exercised over the summer, ate Nutrisystem, but it didn't work. Coming back to college for the fall, I gained back 15 lbs. I'm ashamed Hoping to find motivation through this forum!!0 -
I struggled with eating my food at Thankgiving..I ate it in moderation. I still gained 2 lbs and then dropped them right away when I got back on eating right. My motivation this week is a NSV I am in a size 8 now:-) !!!! I started on my quest to lose weight 12/13 and was about to go into an 18....soooo waaahoo we can do this:-)

I've always tried to do things independently and have been successful. The past few years I have been out of control and completely unmotivated except for occasional half-hearted attempts to lose weight. I'm finally realizing I need support. I would like to lose 30 pounds...I plan to tackle 15 at a time. Let's start with December.

i have a hard time sticking to anything! i have always been thin, but after a big lifestyle change, complacency took over, and i woke up realizing i'm the heaviest i have ever been! i've been trying to eat better for ages, but i always fall off the wagon, and this time i can no longer make excuses.

Struggles or successes of the week: I only meant to have one day (Thanksgiving) of eating without counting, but it turned into three days. I was down to 261.4 the morning of Thanksgiving. With all the bloat and excess the scales show a 5 pound difference. I am feeling very bloated and uncomfortable. However, I feel very comfortable with being able to get back into the routine and know that this gain is temporary. That is a very good feeling. I just wish I hadn't blown such a large "loss".0 -
