No lean beef. I want gravy.0

Nice. I just made a recipe with 95% lean ground beef, red/green/yellow bell peppers, diced onions and celery, tray of mushrooms, a cucumber and tray of tomatoes. Cook beef lightly and then throw it all in a pot and let it steam. Add spices as you please. Very healthy and low in calories.0
