I just purchased the Piyo Workout. Wondering if anyone can give me some tips and such. I will not be doing the Shakeology. My coach for TeamBeachBody is an much older woman. No offense, but I want someone closer to my age (25). Does anyone know a really good coach? Sorry I'm new to all of this.
