So i joined mfp in may 2012 and post 40 lbs on it.. .. i did good keeping it off for a yeat but lately i have gained weight due to a drastic changein. In work so i think i have gained about 15 lbsd back and i amnot. About to go back to 209 lbs so am back but would like to se eif there are anyy friends from ga close to me may be we can workout sometime??
