I'm Jenni :) I love fitness and working out. I don't really like dieting or feel like I need to. I love to eat. And because I love to exercise, I need to eat. I'm deciding to pay more attention to the food I'm putting into my body so that in return, I can be feeling as healthy and happy as possible. I am here to motivate and support anyone who wants to join my journey! Here is a little bit about me:

I Exercise Because:
1) Growing up I loved sports, exercising was fun and now it's a way of life
2) I love to swim
3) I love to eat and don't like dieting (lets be honest...dieting isn't fun)
4) I have an anxiety disorder. Exercising helps me control my emotions by stabilizing the endorphin's in my brain
5) Physical therapy for a current injury
6) To be able to outrun someone who is chasing me (zombies in a zombie apocalypse) and to be able to swim if I ever fall into a lake, river or ocean.
7) To be able to lift things on my own without the help of a man
8) To make new friends and keep my existing friends.
9). I exercise for myself and to improve my mood. I know I will never look like an Olympic athlete or have a butt like Kim Kardashian, and I'm completely fine with that.
10) I sit in an office all day; it's always nice to move around a little bit.
11) Friend me :). I love people who love fitness and love to motivate people who are new to the trend or who are just trying to reach a personal goal!
