I started mfp 3 years ago and I lost a lot of weight, did a lot 5ks and even a half a marathon. Lately I have fallen of the horse and since i gained some weight back I wanna get back on and start feeling good about myself like I did a couple years ago. I need some new friends to motivate me. I have a goal to lose another 15-20 pounds.

Welcome back! I am new to MFP and I am struggling. I do well all day but then eat just enough at night to go destroy the day's motivation. Please help with suggestions. I am so frustrated.
