Hi guys,

I am looking for some vegan friends on here :)

Just looking for support and people to look up to... my aim is to be 100% vegan within the next month.

    I am not vegan but have been vegetarian for over 10 years now, and I would say about 60-70% of my diet it vegan.

    Hi! Welcome.
    I am fairly new as well, and am committed to a plant based diet. Was Vegatarian for many years, and more recently made the LIFE choice to eat a plant based diet. I have a hard time calling myself a Vegan though, because I have been told that the term "Vegan" refers to a way of life, and I am currently looking into it, but I applaud all Vegans!

    Add me as a friend, I would love to see more diaries and get ideas for plant based proteins.

  • I've been vegan for just over a year. Did it to lose weight (didn't work) but enjoy the health benefits so I've stayed with it. Now I am using MFP and my garmin vivofit to try to watch my calories and am trying to watch fats aka MacDougall's plan or engine 2. I also just started running two month ago and have discovered the Galloway method for that that makes running at least palatable if not enjoyable.
