Not really a cannoli, but it's so healthy and makes for the perfect snack.

Ingredients:

-one 6 oz. container fat free Greek yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
-3 stevia packets
-1 tsp vanilla
-one Flatout flatbread wrap
-Tablespoon or so of sliced almonds
-mini chocolate chips

Mix the yogurt, stevia and vanilla together. Fill wrap with yogurt mixture and wrap. Dip ends in sliced almonds and chocolate chips.

SO GOOD and less than 250 calories

Please don't insult every Italian grandmother that ever lived by calling this a cannoli. It may very well be delicious, but it's not a cannoli.

Wth is this, why even call it a cannoli when it's yogurt wrapped in a faux flatbread. Sadpanda.jpg

Well if someone served me that and told me it was a cannoli I would have to go to confession after I punched them

That sounds really good. I still can't wrap my head around why everyone gets so hung up on the name. It's not like this is being served in a fancy restaurant or bakery.

You can eat a regular Cannoli for around the same amount of calories and it won't taste like childrens tears.

I love peaches and I love mustard, but eating them together would be a terrible mistake.

    Just saying.

I make a lot of concoctions with tortillas, cinnamon sugar, cream cheese and/or ricotta (turns out much better than Greek yogurt, frankly) - I add a bit of vanilla and sugar to the cheese, stuff the tortilla, roll it, brush it with melted butter (it really doesn't take much), roll it in cinnamon sugar, then bake it for 20 minutes - it's really good! Even better with baked apples inside, caramel and ice cream (obviously).

But nothing beats a cannoli, and I agree, the calories are really pretty similar, although the cannoli won't be as filling.

    Ba ha ha ha ha

OP - I know you were trying to post a snack that you enjoy. People just get a little snippy when people try to create alternative foods but call them the original just in "quotes". It happens a lot with faux ice cream and weird ways to use cauliflower (which is disgusting enough in its original form).
