At my worst, my BMI was pushing 'very severely obese' but I was still in the range of Obese Class II (severely obese, BMI between 35 and 40).
For S&Gs this morning, I went to the BMI calculator and realize that I have blown through that floor (35) and am now only considered Obese Class I (moderately obese). And when I wasn't paying attention, my BMI is already below 34.
I am 29 pounds away from getting under 30 and losing the "obese" tag altogether.
