Can anyone tell me if you are suppose to do the 30 shred everyday? I can not imagine working out every body part every day but then what does the 30 day shred mean?? Please help.

This DVD by no means has to be a 30 days straight program. Supposedly if you do 30 straight days, you can lose up to 20 lbs., but of course that is no guarantee. A lot of people on here do each level for 10 days before advancing to the next level. However, I stayed on level 1 for about 3 weeks. To me, it just seemed silly to advance to something harder when I was still feeling the pain on level 1. Then I did level 2 for about 2 weeks before moving on to level 3. I take various rest days as well based on my schedule or on other workout programs I have started in the meantime. Really, you are the only one who can tell if your body needs a rest day. I felt a shoulder injury starting up a few weeks ago and had to take a few days off. Just do what feels right! Good luck!0
