I've lost 104. That's barely over halfway… so give me a few more months and I'll be able to help you out there!0

I'm hoping to lose 161 lbs (which would bring me from 361 to 200)! Ugh! I'm down 46 so far, and cannot wait to say I've lost 100 lbs. Wish it would happen sooner, but I'm trying to focus on how far I've come and not on how far I've left to go.0

I've lost 126lb still going but by the end I hope to have lost 160!

I had about 165 lbs to lose I've lost 20 lbs and and have 145 lbs left. I can't wait until I'm at the 50 lbs lost mark. Congrats to all those that have lost or are losing unhealthy body fat! :drinker:0

I've lost 222 pounds. I lost a person and gained a TV sitcom!0

I started out having to lose 200. I am down 75 pounds with 125 left to lose.0

I have lost 129. I started at 316 and now down to 187 (I'm right at 6ft). My original goal weight was 180 but I think I want to do 175 now so that I have a 5lb buffer in there.
It has been a long journey. I was up to 330 a few years back (but before my recent weight loss journey) so if you count from my heaviest ever weight I am at a 143lb loss.
You just really need to take it one day at a time and have a total commitment to a new life and not a temporary diet.
I started off with just counting calories and walking. Now I run every other day and lift small amounts at the gym. Find out what works for you though, once you find that healthy activity that you love to do, invest your time and energy into it. I tried all kinds of different things before I finally fell in love with running.0 -
