I woke up on 9/28/14, and I hated myself. I was approximately 330 pounds, lazy, and constantly looked down on myself. I always made excuses, but on this day, I woke up and decided enough was enough. I downloaded the Fitness Pal app (under another username), and my transformation began. I got on the treadmill, and started on the lightest workout. I found that I didn't mind the sweat as it was a sign of progress. I began working out on my days off work, which is about 14-days a month, only about 30 minutes. That said, I'm able to keep up with the treadmill. I weighed in today at 285 (and some change), and I can't tell you how much better I feel.

For all of you out there struggling, it's not fun. There is nothing fun about struggling to wake up in the morning. Weight loss and exercise is not something that can be done overnight. The biggest step in my life was virtually ridding of all sugar and white flower. They've since been replaced with Vitamin Water and wheat. Sure, it's a different taste, but after about a month, you won't crave them anymore.

Either way, the only person you can blame for your weight is yourself. Stop waiting for sympathy, and do something! Be productive! You'll feel better in the end.
