Great question! Have you tried matching bpm to running pace?:)
Anyway here are my top 10 (bpm of about 125 if i remember correctly):
It's like that- Run DMC (Jason nevins remix)
Kanye- all of the lights
Oliver heldens/becky hill- gecko overdrive
Eurthymics- sweet dreams (Steve angelllo remix)
Madonna- hung up
Beyonce- green light (Freemasons remix)
Killers- smile like you mean it/when you were young
Yeah yeah yeahs- heads will roll (a trak remix)
Britney- piece of me (bimbo jones remix)

I have two different lists depending on cardio or lifting. For lifting I like guys like Rob Bailey, Skillet, Red, Thousand Foot Krutch, Eminem. If I am running I go with up beat hip hop/rap, guys like Fresh Prince, Rob Base, 69 Boyz, Fat Boys0
