tonight i will be taking my first official measurements and im confused on how to measure the tatas...
ive had two kids and breastfed one, and lost quite a bit of weight, mostly in that area, so needless to say, they arent as ummm.. perky as they once were. lol. anyways, do i wear a bra? (most are pretty padded these days so that wont be accurate), do i wear a sports bra? (feel like i have none AT ALL with one of those on) or do i hold my arms up so that they are a little bit higher and do it that way? any advice would be great! thanks ladies!

Just make sure to wear the same type of bra each time you measure (sports, padded, whatever).0

I wear a bra to measure mine. I also measure under them as well.

I always do mine over my bra because my droop to much otherwise. I still have lost every month even with my bra on.0

it doesn't really matter...just make sure you are wearing the same bra everytime to assure accurate results0

I think the most accurate way is to measure with a normal bra, the one you wear when not working out. Thats what I do. And use the same one each time. Ive got two kids too, I know what ya mean. I measured with a sports bra on last time and there was an inch dif from this time with a normal bra, so from now on Ill be wearing a normal one. Ya without one it just doesnt work, does it?

I would wear a regular bra and pull it kind of tight - to account for the padding.

You are not measuring your brests, but instead measuring your chest. Wear a sports bra & measure in the center. Wear the same thing every time you measure. You are going for overall loss on that area, which will not just be coming from the breasts, but the back fat. Good luck!0

Wear one of those camisoles with the shelf bra. That's what I do.0

I measure nakey nakey with my arms down (as much as possible while looking at the tape measure). I measure right across my nips since the measurement will always be the same. I always have a reference point for every body part you are meauring, that way you know if there is a true loss or gain. Good luck!0

I do too. Keeps them held up but not squished and there's no padding to get in the way.0 -
