I would go for a roast pork dinner, gravy, roast potatoes, pork crackling, vegies...washed down with a beer0

6 grilled shrimp skewered on rosemary
Mashed potatoes topped with sauteed mushrooms
Steamed asparagus spears with a light sprinkle of salt

Salmon Nigiri with lots of Wasabi, fresh Lobster tail with butter, a side of Penne with Basil Cream Sauce and a Sizzling Apple Crisp with a drizzle of caramel for dessert.
