Hi everyone!

I'm Bryony, 24 and from SE England (Surrey). I'm on my 5th day of using the site, and had a sneaky look at the scale this morning - 4lbs down already :happy:

Had a bit of a shock when I weighed myself a few days ago and realised I was the heaviest I have ever been - time to sort that out! I have 50lbs to lose to get to my goal weight, so I'll be around for a while :smile:
